Rearranging Skin: A Love Letter to the World

  • Brewbakers 48 Emerald St Keene, NH, 03431 United States (map)

Join the Harris Center and SALT Project at NOVA Arts for a viewing party of Rearranging Skin: A Love Letter to the World. It's all about the art and science of transformation, a delightful ten-minute romp through the history and future of taxidermy for the sake of conservation, with the wonderful Brooklyn taxidermist, Divya Anantharaman, as our guide. Afterwards hear from film makers Liz and Matt Myer Boulton about this project and Harris Center naturalist Susie Spikol on how taxidermy specimens connect people to nature. Co-sponsored with NOVA Arts, Harris Center for Conservation Education, and SALT project.

Donations will go toward maintaining the Harris Center's mounted specimen collection.

Doors at 7pm and the kitchen will be open until 8pm, when the program begins.
