Artists: pitch us a show
Interested in playing at Nova Arts? We get around a hundred booking emails a week, so please be patient with us. Here is how to get on our radar.
What we book
We try to combine traveling and area performers in creative ways, so that every show gives the artists and the audience a chance to meet new people and hear new sounds. We focus mostly on original material, but that is not a hard rule, as our Blues, Honkytonk, Jazz, and Bluegrass sessions show.
If you’re local
The best way to get on our radar is to come to shows. We love getting to know the people who make up the music community, and seeing you at the events we present makes a collaboration much more likely.
Making the show work
We want your show to be successful, and we want people there.
- We take care of posters (if you’re local, help on that front is appreciated), keep up our social media, send out press releases, and send a regular newsletter.
- We ask that you promote the show too.
- It helps if you aren’t playing an area show (Brattleboro, Peterborough, Concord, Greenfield MA) in the month before or after your show at Nova.
